I buy most of my stuff like that at Target or Walmart, and sometimes Big Lots depending on what it is. I have also found some neat little items at Ross for Less which is similar to Steinmart and TJ Maxx type places. But if you must shop online, try Amazon or Overstock. I have used both and they both stand behind their products and they have reasonable shipping charges if you shop smart.
But honestly, your best deals will be if you make the trip and shop for the things in person even if you must take the day to travel (if you live in a smaller place). Just make a list, follow it carefully, and work your way. Maybe you can find an outlet place.
Another really big place to look for stuff like that is a restaurant supply place. You will get extremely durable professional grade gear for a good price. It will not be fancy...basic sheet trays, pots, and saute pans, stainless steel bowls and trays and utensils, white linens and table service, simple styles of glass and bar ware items...but the stuff it will be excellent quality. You can also get storage equipment.
