U should be able to find this at Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Pier 1. Maybe such places even like Dillard's, Sears r JCPenny's. Try even Kohl's. Cannot find any r way too price ...get some material and let it hang over chair then take the two ends and tie into a knot. Embellish with a pretty ribbon or cord even the ones u use for curtains.
