It seems like a far superior and luxurious way to dine than sitting on a chair at a table. They would recline on their left side. do u mean just general seating way of yours while yr daily routine? well,comfy sofas,reclining chairs and low and deep seat cushiony chairs may look very comfortable but they are extremely uncomfortable for a pregnant woman.the best position which can give u comfort is to always choose high and straight backed not very cushiony dining chairs where yr knees can be at a lower level than yr pelvis and yr back is properly supported so u dont feel tired.
or u can sit up in bed well propped up with pillows on all sides of u.extremely comfortable...!
