Peace
My aunt fell off a ladder and broke her back in 3 different spots, and now she can't bend, or hold stuff over like 7 lbs. She's like 55 or 65? She loooves to make cakes and stuff like that, so what's a good birthday present?

Hmm... good question. Do you know someone who deals with these kinds of injuries? They might have a good suggestion.
I would think that some kind of stool with wheels where she can scoot around the kitchen comfortably might be nice. Not having to stand would take pressure off her back: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250653608073&rvr_id=&crlp=1_263602_263622&UA=WVF%3F&GUID=42efbb4c1230a0aad0b6f1c6ffda5f13&itemid=250653608073&ff4=263602_263622. One of those grabber arm things would be handy, too. http://www.amazon.com/Carex-Inch-Grabber-Reaching-Aid/dp/B000AEGCW6.
You might also buy a nice set of canisters or tupperware containers where she can store flour, sugar, salt, etc, so that they are easily available and she doesn't have to mess with the heavier bags (and top them off for her any time you visit). OR you could get one of those pantry shelves designed to fit in a small space in your kitchen, so she doesn't have to reach as high to get hold of things she needs: http://www.stacksandstacks.com/pantry-rolling?id=176&sku=101181&utm_medium=shoppingengine&utm_source=googlebase
On that line of thought, maybe you and other family members could go in together and outfit her kitchen with rolling shelves in all of her cabinets. I have these in my kitchen, and they definitely make accessing things in lower cabinets much easier:

How very sweet of you to think of her. I hope your aunt heals well and feels better soon.
