My brother in law got ahold of some 160 year old barn wood, and built me a massive table. It is 8 ft 7 in x 4 ft 7 in, and it comes with a bench. It is very heavy, and sturdy and has a great design. It is too big for my kitchen, so I want to sell it, but I'm not sure how much to ask. Any ideas?

Me and my friends are planning a trip to Gatlinburg where we are going to stay in a cabin for our Spring Break next year. I know this may be a little early but me and my friend have been researching for days on an affordable cabin for all the couples to stay in with 4 rooms and it sleeps 8 where each couple will have their own room. So can anybody help us find a perfect one for us to stay in? Thanks.
